Shipping:
- All works purchased online are subject to availability.
- All our prints are sent on a guaranteed priority service. Books are sent by 1st class post unless otherwise specified.
- Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The vast majority of shipping times will be less than 7 working days.
- Please visit the order pages to view our current shipping charges.
Returns:
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by telephone or email within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
- Options upon return includes: replacing the damaged work (in the case of multiple editions being available), credit towards another purchase, or a full refund.
Damages:
- All items are fully insured in transit to cover damage, loss or no-delivery. Once the delivery has been signed for it is no longer insured by Opus and is the sole responsibility of the client. Please thoroughly check all deliveries on arrival as you will be held liable for any damages after signing for the delivery.
- In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, contact us by telephone or email within 24 hours of the good being received.

Refunds:
- Refunds will only be applicable where Opus is deemed to be in contravention of the terms set out herein. A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of Opus.
- If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us by telephone or email within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
- Opus reserves the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
Personal Data:
Personal data received during the order process is used for the purpose of fulfilling orders. Customers may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by following the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the newsletter.
Payment:
Your credit card details are not stored by Opus Art Ltd. Card details are securely delivered directly to our bank account via the secure Streamline and Datacash Payment System.
All payments are taken in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP), and will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates please contact your bank. Alternatively, you may visit an online currency converter (e.g. www.oanda.com/converter/classic). However, please bear in mind that Opus Art Ltd cannot take responsibility for any inaccuracies in any information provided by any external website.
