Shipping:
All works purchased online are subject to availability.
All our prints are sent on a guaranteed priority service. Books are sent by 1st class post unless otherwise specified.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The vast majority of shipping times will be less than 7 working days.

Returns:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by telephone or email within 3 days of receiving the goods.
Options upon return includes: replacing the damaged work (in the case of multiple editions being available), credit towards another purchase, or a full refund.
Damages:
All items are fully insured in transit to cover damage, loss or non-delivery. Once the delivery has been signed for it is no longer insured by Opus Fine Art and is the sole responsibility of the client. Please thoroughly check all deliveries on arrival as you will be held liable for any damages after signing for the delivery.
In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, contact us by telephone or email within 24 hours of the good being received.

Refunds:
If you any reason you are not completely satisfied with artwork you have purchased from us, you can return it to us for a full refund, minus any shipping and packaging costs, within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us within three working days of receiving your goods if you would like to return them.
The customer is responsible for returning the item to us. Once we have received the artwork and checked it has been returned in a mint condition, payment will be issued within 30 days.
Opus Fine Art reserves the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
Personal Data:
Personal data received during the order process is used for the purpose of fulfilling orders. Customers may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by following the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the newsletter.
Payment:
Your credit card details are not stored by Opus Fine Art Ltd. Card details are securely delivered directly to our bank account via the secure Worldpay payment system.
All payments are taken in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP), and will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates please contact your bank. Alternatively, you may visit an online currency converter (e.g. www.oanda.com/converter/classic). However, please bear in mind that Opus Art Ltd cannot take responsibility for any inaccuracies in any information provided by any external website.
Domain Information:
Opus Fine Art Ltd may also collect domain information as part of its analysis of the use of this site. This data enables to become more familiar with which customers visit our site, their paths through the site, and areas of the site they visit most often. This information is collected automatically and requires no action on your part.
